Angelina Pivarnick has resolved her latest legal issues in court.
On Oct, 2, the Jersey Shore star, 38, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct after a domestic violence incident that occurred at her Freehold Township home in New Jersey in June, which according to her attorney is a “non-criminal offense in New Jersey.”
According to the Asbury Park Press, a judge ruled for a conditional dismissal of the disorderly conduct charge, meaning that the charge would be dismissed under the condition the television personality meets certain probational requirements over the course of a year.
Though the conditions were unnamed, Pivarnick’s guilty plea will be expunged from her record so long as she adheres to the requirements. The outlet also reported that the judge granted the prosecutor’s motion to dismiss the four other charges including: obstruction of the administration of law, resisting arrest, simple assault and criminal mischief.

“All of Angelina’s criminal charges were dismissed,” Pivarnick’s attorney, James Leonard Jr., tells PEOPLE. “She admitted responsibility only for a non-criminal offense, the substance of which was that she created a minor disturbance at her own home. We [are] very happy with the outcome and she looks forward to putting this entire matter behind her.”
On June 2, law enforcement responded to a suspected domestic dispute at the reality star’s home. While it remains unclear if her fiancé Vinny Tortorella was the victim, Asbury Park Press reports he was at the residence during the incident.

This isn’t the first time police have responded to an alleged domestic dispute in her home.
In August 2023, Pivarnick dialed 911 after an alleged altercation at the couple’s Freehold, New Jersey home, according to a police report obtained by Page Six. However, once officers arrived at the residence, Pivarnick declined to press charges against Tortorella.
“I can confirm that Angelina did in fact call the police to her home. After speaking with the officers, Angelina decided not to file charges,” Leonard Jr. told the outlet at the time.
Tortorella’s attorney Elizabeth Rozin-Golinder also said the pair’s relationship status has not changed despite the incident. “My client and Ms. Pivarnick are still engaged and are still residing together,” she said in a statement. “Mr. Tortorella denies any act of impropriety that would warrant police involvement and denies any act of domestic violence occurred. No charges have been pressed against my client by Ms. Pivarnick or law enforcement.”
