Blake Lively had a baby 10 months ago, but you wouldn’t know it by looking at her amazing figure.
The former Gossip Girl star, who just had her first child with husband Ryan Reynolds before the New Year, was recently seen filming her upcoming thriller The Shallows in Australia.
The actress looked perfect in her bright orange bikini top and colorful print bottoms as she filmed scenes on the beach. She showed off her toned stomach and tanned, toned arms and legs.
Blake, who is 28, has talked about the pressure moms often feel to lose baby weight. She said she wasn’t in a hurry to lose weight after having her daughter James.
The actress was in Australia making the scenes for her upcoming thriller The Shallows In May, she told BBC’s Newsbeat, “I’m still 15 pounds heavier, so it’s nice that people think I lost my baby weight.”I still haven’t lost a lot of it, but it’s also because of the pressure, so who cares?”She also said, “There’s pressure to lose weight or for wоme𝚗 to look like they did when they were 19 right after they have a baby. I don’t like it.”
Blake’s daughter was born in December.Blake’s personal trainer recently talked about the workout plan she started to get ready for her most recent movie role.
Don Saladino told People magazine that it wasn’t enough for her to look good in a bikini; he also wаnted to make sure she stayed energetic while they were shooting.”We would work out our upper bodies on Monday and our lower bodies on Tuesday.
“On Wednesday, she would playfully swim laps in the pool,” he said.”We worked on the upper body on Thursday, the lower body on Friday, and the arms and shoulders on Saturday.”
He also said that he told her to eat four small meals a day.Saladino said, “We made sure that her meals were well-balanced.
She ate a protein, a vegetable, and a carbohydrate that burns slowly. We tried to give her just enough so she wouldn’t be too full but would be comfortable.
